That looks fine Marshy. Couldn't tell if it was a circular or linear filter. If it's the circular it should work just fine. Sorry about not getting back to you sooner!

I fear that the "PL" means "polarizer linear." My Hoya PL, left over from film days, is definitely linear.

If you have a means of trying it on the camera at the store, you may find that it works.

Yer right BigD. I kinda thought the PL meant that but didn't want to say so without being sure.I've always gone with the circular on my DX6490, but it may not make that much difference. Again I have no experience with one on a DX and didn't want to say something that might not be true.
