It has been very hot and humid here, some of the pics are not as clear as I'd like them to be,,,very hazy. In one of the pics there is a small barn out in the middle of no mans land, who knows how long its been there, looks to still be in good shape, if you notice on one of the trees to its left, it had recently been struck my lightning(black and missing some bark). Enjoy!http://community.webshots.com/user/wvkal

Are you using a polarizing filter on your camera? I know here in Alabama I have to, to get any decent shots. They are pretty good but some hazy as you said. Mother nature will let up soon and let you have blue skys. After Arlene has passed through here it's as gloomy as a winter day. Wish you clear skies soon!

WVKAL1,

I can't see the pic in your post but I went to your website and you have a really nice set of pics there. Keep on posting.

That pic makes you think about the folks that owned and used it. I love old barns. They take me back to a slower genteler time in my youth!!

I love pics like this too! Going back this weekend to maybe get it at a different angle, this shot was a quicky, it was actually starting to rain. There is another barn on the other side of creek covered by trees its barely standing, didnt get shots of it yet. I was just so amaze that this little thing was back in the middle of no where, and still standing,,,, oh yes if it could only talk and tell its history. I too am a history buff! Just love it!
