Yeehaaa the boys came thru for fathers day and bought me a Tcon.. played some with the moon last nite but havent had time to look at the results yet...I've read thru most of the old posts but any advice is appreciated.

Lisa...I dont know for sure you played "big sister" but I think you musta helped:-)

Congratulations Dan! Love mine. I experimented using manual settings for the result I got of the moon. Full moon tonight!

Right on Dan,Are you sure you didn't buyit andforged your kids names on the gift card.LOL. Usually a father gets a pair of gloves or maybe a tie but Dan, he gets a tcon. Congrats Dan,can't wait to see your new pics.

Thanks guys...the moon shots leave a lot to be desired. Need more practice which I'll get tonite...Heres a peony from 75 feet away, 10x and Tcon, no retouching atall, just resized for here

Congrats on the TCON, Dan. You're gonna love it. Adds a whole new dimension. As far as the Moon shots go, just practice, practice and practice, LOL. Tsims is right, manual is the way to go.

:homey:WooHoo,Dan!..must have been those threatening emails I sent..j/k..lol.Good for you..you will have fun..I know I still am.I just wish I could handhold it but hey one can't everything.I'm including a past post which really helped me with moon shots.Bob's advice was very helpful and like they say..practice..practice..practice.Have fun!
