Just a couple of pics from the other day,

Dad I`m stuck, look at that concentration, I was talkin him down when I took this

Kids eh,, they just won`t sit still for you,he`s gonna have to overcome his shyness in front of the camera :-)

rope climbing frame

I was trying out Photoshop 9, I used a warming filter on pics 2 and 3, its really cool,,or really warm,, I dunno :?:?.

It also has a smart sharpening trick Need to think about resizing a bit better.

DX6490, M mode

Man, those are nice clear shots. That 2nd pic is great TD. You've got a good looking boy there, you can be proud of him. Let me guess though, i'll bet he can be ornery at times, LOL.

Good looking young man there TD. I'll bet he's getting head strong about now. All of mine went through that stage and since they're all girls it never left them!! LOL Again nice clear shots. How's the CX doing in comparison to the DX??

Thanks Wag,they still don`t know the final toll

The CX7530 is working great, fits neatly in my jeans pocket if I`m going anywhere (to the pub etc :lol, just bought some rechargables for it,my only gripe is I wish there was a bit more feedback from the shutter release.

DX6490 still rules...

Thanks for that answer TD. I've been curious since I've seen so many of your photo's made with the new camera. I'd thought of getting a smaller camera so I could take photo's and not be quite as conspicuos as when I've the DX hung around my neck. LOL

I totally recommend this camera Dawg, excellent value for money, easy to use and I`m really pleased at how the pictures turn out.It also comes handy when you have the TCON fitted on the DX, and a closer range picture presents itself,,

The times I`ve missed a good picturebecause of this,.It`s always the way

I know what you mean TD. There have been times when I went ahead and shot with the TCON and then had to crop the heck out of a photo. It was either do it that way or lose the shot.
