I thought I'd get out there and try this myself. Full optical zoom with TCon, 1/180 sec, f-3.7, Tungsten WB.

This one is processed with a program called Registax, which loads a series of similar photos, matches details (consistent between images) and elimates noise (random between images). It's supposedly very powerful, but I haven't worked out the bugs yet.

Registax sounds interesting Tom, I was out last night and did one also. As you mentioned on an earlier post shooting the moon is fun and habit forming.

I'm jealous though, it's 1st quarter tonight and it's raining here. So I'll have to wait for a clear one to try again.
