That last shot is a great close up, Dawg. Heck, that looks like the size I catch with a rod and reel, LOL. Good looking grandson.

Just reduced it a little to get it on the post. No cropping though, TD. It's a whole lot bigger than anything I've caught in 32 years now Bob. When money was too tight, in my early years, I gave up fishing and hunting and have never looked back!!

For me or the Grandson PM?? He doesn't need one as his Dad is a fishing junky. He probably has 3 or 4 dozen rods and reels to go with the Bass boat and big Merc on the back. If they make it for river fishing he has it or has tried it. As for me never again. The rod would just gather dust. Thanks to all for the comments.

Sounds like one for each of you dawg, the only difference maybe putting line and a hook on his! Sounds like you may enjoy the serenity more than the catch, so maybe leave yours not spooled up and just sit it next to you near a river or lake and captue that young fellas face a bit more.
