Great moon shot and finally someone that has a Z740 for me to ask my silly noob questions

Do you think these would work on the Z740.

And how did you adapt the TCon to your Z740 and were did you purchase it ?

I really have no idea about the macro lens you are considering purchasing. I will pass along the same advice I was given on this forum, purchase your accessories from a reputable dealer that has a return policy. At least you have the option of returningthe item if they will not work. You may e-mail the seller on Ebay and ask them what type of return policy they have. I first contacted Kodak "waste of time" and asked them about using the TCON, theysent me the link to their accessory site which listthe wide angle lensbut no telephoto.I decided to useDawg mentioned using them in an earlier post and they are terrific.Within two days I had my order andthe option of returning the TCON if it would not work with the Z740. As you can see I will not be returning the TCON. The adapter came with my Z740 when I purchased it, all you need is a 45.5 - 55mm adapter. Do a Google search and you should have no problem locating one.

Take a look at this thread Knight ,they were shot using a Nikon 4T close up lens,(I have one on order).I would be cautious buying cheap lenses from ebay

The nikon 4T has a 52mm thread, you may need adapter/stepdown ring for your camera,

I`m not sure of thread sizes on the Z740,
