I took these pictures about a month ago and never thought to post them. But seeing as how bridges have become such a popular subject, I thought I would post them.

It's called the Pont de Rennes pedestrian bridge and wascreated in 1982 from what was the Platt Street bridge (1891), an 858-foot-long, truss bridge. The bridge is named for a Rochester Sister City in France.

Thanks Guys, appreciate the comments.

Dan - The brewery is going strong although it's now known as High Falls Brewery, they still brew Genny though.

Really like the first shot, Steve. Can you get a night time shot or is it poorly lit? Looks like a lot of simulated gas lights there. I was just looking at them and wondering what the bridge would look like at night!!

Dawg,

I will see if I can get out there, it's been a bit damp lately. As I remember it does light up nicely.
