Taken today, but I think there is something not quite right with this photo?

Any ideas?

All the best, Paul.

That is one big ugly date. I'll remember to turn off the date when I'm there in Sept.

Sorry , Paul. That time and date stamp were getting on my nerves! Without that it would be a pretty good shot. I'd like to see the tips of the spires even if you blow out a little detail on the rest of the buildings!!

Ed.
The problem is the clock will blow out to white at any hint of a decent exposure at that time of night, I should have got there a bit earlier.

Hmmm, with all this talk of EXIF viewers, I'm surprised nobody spotted it...

Oh well, maybe next time?

Personally can`t image anyone actually wanting this feature,,,,,

I see that now. But is there any reason at all for you to put the date stamp on such a fine pic, Paul. That would be a good one for the book. When I got to North Carolina on vacation, one of the first things I wanted to see was my daughter's new 7440. I turned it on then hit review to see some of the shots she had just taken. EVERY ONE OF THEM HAD THE DATE STAMP ON THEM!!!!!!!!! I asked her why and she said she really did not like the camera very much because the pics all had that date stamp on them. When I explained to her , that you could turn it off she almost would not believe me. Then I got the biggest hug and wettest kiss I've gotten from her in years. Like I said you need to use this shot in your book. There are still a lot of folks that do not know that you can turn off the date stamp and a lot of others that seem to think the photos are supposed to have it there!!
