Who'dathunkit. A Limey and a Redneck talking about digital camera's from their own countries with only a few minutes delay. Buck Rodgers look out we're almost there. But seriously, Why not use the D70. Too bulky? Not fast enough? Not a Kodak? Why not????
Is the DX7440 just more practical when not doing a more setup formal type shooting? Why not?? I thought the D70 was in most way's superior to the Kodak! Or is that all hype?? You are in the unique position to know. And how is the dust cleaning and book writing going. I'm still waiting to see all of the do not do it this way examples I've given you in my posts!!!!!LOL

With this book I'm writing, I wanted to keep my mind on just using the DX7440 and CX6230. With the D70, it's a bit different.
Mind you, I am having a break and going to horse show this weekend, the D70 will be used for the zooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooom.

See I knew you'd come around eventually. Zoom does have it's occasional advantages. LOL

You had better watch out Dawg, or I will use my 300mm macro lens and a x2 teleconverter to boost it to 600mm x 1.5 (due to the D70's crop ratio) and oh dear! 900mm framing, without any digital zoom in sight.
Edit: I might even aim it at the moon one evening.....
I would really like to see you take a moon shot with combination above, it shouldgive a lot more detail.
