Wow I'm used to hearing complaints not praise:-). I'm a little biased but I've heard the same thing from a lot of others lately...I have a few friends who are with UPS and as much as I complain about being overworked, those guys really are!

Dan,,you work for USPS ?????????..didn`t know that....i`ve definately had better luck with them by far.....it`s the customs guy`s at the border that piss me off...got a 50mm 1.4 Carl Zeiss lense once sent from the U.S. and the custom guy`s opened the package,,then preceded to take the tape off the lense cap,,then left it off,,so it arrived with the cap off,,,and undesirable mess on the lense front coating...not really bright on their part there i think.....but everytime UPS sends something we get reamed hard with extra fees for brokerage..not so with USPS for some reason,,thank god....

Yes Brian, I've been a rural carrier for 28 yrs. I've heard some real horror stories about those customs people, I don't understand why they couldn't show a little respect for people's things. I know they have a job to do but....oh I better stop now:-)

Just my 2 cents worth, Dan.I think the USPS does a pretty good job, considering the amount of mail that moves across this country every day, as far as UPS, I haven't really had a problem, but then I live within a few miles of one of their fairly large hubs.
