I'm a newbie digital camera owner [DX6490]. Shot this one blustery morning in the Wilderness Lakeshore campground at the Straits of Mackinac.

Thanks Dan & Dawg,

I'm especially interested in techniques I could use with my DX6490 to get better shots in available/low-light conditions. I know this is an issue with digital cams in general and I will be asking about this as I continue to learn this new camera. My old Nikon F5 and I had got it pretty much right for film, but this is a whole new set of challanges for me. That's okay, I am learning and this forum has taught me much already. Thanks.

More later,
A3D
