I saw a few pictures of animals and birds in this forum . . .

And i am wondering how can I do a focus wend i am in the zoom mode . . .

I want to put the animal realy sharp in my pictures. . .

I don't have any add-onlenses on my 6490 do I need one

Can someone help me ??:roll:

Im going to the zoo next week to take pictures of animals!!!!:-)

One of two things here. Either get the bird in the black background or have a polorizing filter on that would cut the reflectivity of the water. That's a fairly sharp focus on the bird there. Its just the light reflecting off the water takes away a sense of sharpness and blows out the highlights! Least that's the way I see it. Post processing might clean it up some. Also use center spot focus and try to focus on the eye!!
