Hi

Try RAD Video Tools: http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm

It's free and works fine to me.

I think you need the codecs (not in that download) to convert the files. If so, try the K-Lite codecs: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...Codec_Pack.htm

That pretty much sums it up.
I tried Quicktime Pro on Windows and it crashed every time I tried to change the compression settings.

I had the K-lite pack for movie watching before, but if you want to be completely free of Quicktime, get VLC media player Here
