A few more from my vacation. If you look closely you can see Camp LeJeune Marine Base across the water.

Here is why the food is so good. It's fresh caught every day.

These are great pictures Dawg,I just barely can see Camp LeJeune in the 1st picture, but you sure brought it right up front with Tcon & digi zoom !!!

We was supposed to go there on vacation with my husbands uncle& aunt,it just didn't work out for us to go this year:sad:They rode the Ferry out to the Island and saw the light houses,I wanted to go so bad

But here's a little secret,we ride Goldwings when we go on vacation, they went in July when those heat indexes where up in 100's to 115.They burnt up,so for that part I'm glad we didn't go.I would like to go in the fall

Sandy

P.S. thanks for sharing these

Thanks guys. Sandy you need to go in may opr early june before the really hot weather. It was quite mild when we went. In fact it was rather chilly in the late afternoons and evenings. The motorcycle would be a great way to tour the outer banks. If the wife's back heals up and she can stand to ride again we'll probably be getting another bike ourselves. God I miss mine!!! Bob the world is not ready for cherokee seafood!!
