Default DX4330 Memory Limit?

Is there a limit to how much memory this camera can handle? I noticed on the review that it only gives numbers up to 128 MB, does this mean it can only handle up to 128 MB?

I have 256MB and it's working fine, except the "remaining pictures" counter gets a little confused. Starts at about 208 and is at 198 after about 20 pictures...

The remaining images counter is a "guesstimate". If your pictures are not too complex and can be compressed a lot, the counter will always underestimate the actual number of pictures that can be taken. If the images are complex and won't compress well, then the opposite happens.

I was confused about that, too  ! After reading the specs of the DX4330 Iīve recognized I should be able to take ~131 pics (128MB). The cam said "103 remaining" with no picture taken - but after 10 pics taken there still where "100 remaining" - so luisrīs explaination sounds logic to me.
