Hi, what about this camera ?
I'm about to buy my first digicam and am very undecided.
There are several models (In the same low price range) that I like and after readed some reviews... I'm still confused...
I'm looking for a very compact camera, easy to use, with good image quality and weel built. I'd like the possibility of use AA battery. I don't need of too much advanced features.
I have to choose beetwen Kodak CX7430 (Or 7540/7630) and theseother models:

-Pentax S50
-Fuji Finepix F455
-Ricoh R1V (Or R2)
-HP R607/R707/R717

Which one do You consider the "best" ?
Are there other models that You suggest to consider ?
Many thanks, Stefano.

Hello Takeshi, I have the CX7530 and I have been very happy with it. It is my first digital camera and I have a long ways to go in photography but it has been a great camera to learn with. Here are a few pics from the CX7530.

Many thanks Mr. Blue.
Probably I'll choose a Kodak model but I don't know which model in particular.
I'd like a compact camera and so I prefer models like C360 or the more expensive V550.
Do You know those camera ?
What about ?

thks

You're welcome Takeshi, I have played with the v550 in a store and it was really nice. The pictures looked spectacular. Its has one of the best lcd screens that I have seen, I think it would be a great choice. As far as the c360 I read some where that the flash was really bad. The guy on the website compared the c360 flash with another kodak camera and the c360 didn't do well at all. As far as the day pics I don't know. Good luck

Hi MrBlue, what do You think of th V550 if compared with Fuju F455 ?
They are similar under the compactness aspect but in terms of image quality which is preferable ?
