For anyone who wants to make a hand written signature for their photos well heres an idea I tried and worked and all you need is a scanner...well here goes...

...Take a piece of paper from your printer.

...Use a Black sharpie and make a signature.

... When you're satisfied with that signature then scan the image

... save it to JPG format.

...Import into Photoshop ( havent tried in paintshop but I'm sure it will work the same)

...After you have imported the image go to the edit menu and choose Define Brush Preset...and name the brush

... Name the brush and you're done.

NOTE: You might want to experiment with the thickness of sharpie that you use

Heres one I made for Bigdawg so he can paw-print his pics if he wants to...lol
Just copy the pic Dawg and Import as the info above says
:-)

Works great Wag. Really makes things easier. I owe you one for that. I went ahead and added the copyright symbol onto the paw. One touch does it all!!

Another way is to open your editor Ps or Psp
...File then new and make your background white

...Choose the text tool and make a box for your text

...Choose about a 48 point font and make the font black

...Lets say for argument sake that you are putting
RM 2005 as a signature(i'm using yer name Bob):-)

...In that text box with a chosen font and font size Type in the letter R

...after that choose the move tool and drag that letter anywhere you want

...now do the same for the rest such as the M and the 2005 and position the way you like

...Now in the layers palette you will see the 3 layers or how many ever that you have created in this case it was 3

...Once again choose a layer For argument sake R and right click that in the layers palette and choose blend

From there you can add the dropshadow etc...

...Now all thats left to do is go to Edit then choose
Define brush preset
then name the brush.

...Now to add that sig to a picture just open up any picture then choose the brush tool and your brush will be the last one in the brushes list and you can obviously resize and color that brush....

Heres how Bob's turned out just a simple one though and I hope I explained this the correct way ...but enjoy
:-)

That's a cool idea, Wag. I'm gonna add a copyright symbol to it like Dawg did and start using it. Thanks man.
