Hi

I have DX6490 since more than a year and I love it. I have shot more than 5K shts with it. I am quite active in dpreview forum. But this forum seems very active and as freindly like dpreview. I wanted to see some pics of P850, thats what brought me here. I really liked the posts here and pics too.

Here are links for my photos.

Are you the same Big Dawg that used to post on the easysharer's forum?

I would say more: Am I the same Mato34 that used to post on the easysharer's forum?

:lol::lol::lol:

Internet does join people quite well, I'd say...

The P-site took me some time these last days (well, the P-site and some other things: I also have a job!!), and started to miss the charanga of the forums.

See you, old man with cataratas (in spanish).

Atindra-

I am new to this group as well and I have really enjoyed the commraderie, and helpfulness of all who come here regularly. I have shot in the past with a DX 6490 and have ordered the P-850.

Quick question for you, Sarah. I've read a number of your posts and know you teach digital photography classes. I understand you would need a variety of cameras in your work. You mentioned that you have ordered both the Fuji 9000 and the Kodak P-850. They are the same general class of camera and have some similar features. Just wondering, what are the potential benefits of owning both cameras? (BTW, I really appreciate all your thoughtful and informative posts!)
