Yes , thanks Thomas :-), Im sure we'll see more and more shots from the P880 as more people get there hands on it. I sure can't wait to get mine.

BTW, those are nice very clear shots!

The 8MP Program mode (without Flash) is the best shot to me,though anything done in RAW can be made to look great!!!

These are only to show focal differences and not color, as the movie my daughter was watching gave the room a odd color cast during my pics taking.


The 400ISO shot printed out a great 8x10, I could see some noise on my monitor but none was evedent in the printed pic.

Thanks for sharing your nice pictures,Thomasmeisch. Hope you have chance to shot some outdoors piecs, and tell us how you commentof noise level, sharpness, color and etc. on this P880:idea:

It's really nice find people so kind, just sharing with us everything about the new model.

From the photos I can notice some barrel distortion at 24 mm, and also would be glad to look at 100% size crops of several ISOs images.
