Good morning all! Did everyone turn their clocks last night ?

Question/Problem

I opened this thread and all the posted pictures and avitars opened except my avitar and indian picture. Just a white outline box wht a little box in the corner with a X.

The picture was taken at a Indian Pow-Wow that comes to Brooklyn, NY every year.
