Definitly need the good seat. Too many hours on a bad one can ruin your health. Get the 55mm adapter for your camera and a 55mm polorizer. The extra few dollars is worth it! That shot of your daughter is right on. Couldn't have been better. Keep shooting and keep the faith. Lookin' forward to more of those shots!!
