Temp. in the upper 30's F and little to no wind plus a sunny day to boot.

Went for a walk after lunch to Poly Prep campus.

There was a man with a box with over 20 loafs of sliced bread, roll and bagels which he was feeding to the ducks, geese and other birds. There were 100's of them. Quacking and honking all over the place, sounded like Times Square during New Yerars.

My camera was safe at home.

The man said he comes often but I only recall seeing him only once before. I will bring my DX7440 with me Friday.

Has anyone/can it be done

Shoot a short clip of video with the dx7440 and post it on this forum to share???

You will need to convert the quicktime file to wmv and then use something like http://www.putfile.com/to host it.

http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htmwill convert your file (top program)

Thanks C. Snail

Sounds interesting but like too much work.

Have you ever used windows movie maker 2 ? I think it is wmv based. If one were to shoot in burst mode and use these frames on windows movie maker 2 which also makes slide presentations in wmv too, I think:?

Have you seen Alvins pictures of motor cross bikes? He told me that one of the imageswas made with a gif annimation program (interesting effect). I think this is part of Adobe Photo elements?

i make videos with the DX7440 all the time. Works great!

You shouldnt need to convert to another format.
Just get Quicktime,

or an alternative here:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...lternative.htm

I tried to upload a video to putfiles, but their site is down or something, cuz it's not working
will try again later...

I know the camera makes video movies. I thought Alvin did the same and posted it here but he explained his moving picture was a gif anamation made from 3 still images.
