Great series. I have not been there in so long. I kept looking at the photos and kept thinking, is the street covered? It looks like an indoor mall. And I barely remember someone telling me that this has been done to fremont st.How long has it been like this Mr Blue? I remember looking forward to the drive through fremont st. as a kid 7-8 yrs old. We had an aunt that lived just outside of vegas, and the parents would drive Fremont to let us see the big cowboy waving and all the lights.

Hello 05 Silver, Freemont st. is now closed to thru traffic, you can no longer drive thru there like you used to, the street has been closed I believe since 1995. It is covered by a big monitor like screen like a giant tv it goes for 4 blocks. As far as the cowboy waving I have one for you.If you look above the cowboy you can see the big screen that play the light show. I hope this picture brings back great memories for you my friend.

Thanks Bobins25 for your comments, As far a stiched pictures I really don't know how to do that but maybe it's time I learned. Sounds like stiched photos would really bring the scenery to life. Here are a couple of pics. that shows scenery from ground level.
