Kodak remained true to their estimated delivery date and the V-570 arrived via UPS this morning. I was surprised at how small it was. Actually it is only a bit larger than my V-530. There was a small charge on the battery, so I was able to take two photos. I still have to crack the manual, but here is a sample of the 23mm (in 35mm terms) wideangle view.

Here is the second Kodak V-570 sample photo. It is more like the normal family snapshot. I was pleased with the excellent sharpness of the photo. Once again nice Kodak colors.

Very nice MT. I especially like the first pic. Looks like it might be a nice camera.

I found this afternoon that it is fairly easy to blow out the highlights. I will have to use some exposure compensation next time. Enjoy!

Here is a winter sunset for you. Handheld, with ISO 400.

MT,

Looks great so far, especially the wide angle outdoor stuff. Can you post more indoor pics? I am wondering about low light image quality. The one you posted looks pretty good. Was that with the flash on or off?

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Thanks!
