I have only had my Kodak for 2 weeks, and I am still learning how to get the most from my pics. The Macro setting is fascinating to me, and I take crazy macro shots of all sorts of things.

Nice shot of the Mushroom Tracy,

I would like to see a little tighter crop on the top and right side of the picture and a little wider on the left and bottom so the leaves would be fully exposed. Otherwise a good photo.

Thanks for the advice Jim. You are quite right. Will try to keep this in mind, and give it another shot using your advice.

Did you use a tripod for these Tracy. They are pretty good!

TY MT.

Dawg I do not have a tripod yet. I never had the need for one before. I did check them out today at the camera store, and they are very reasonable. I can get a decent one for 30.00, and a cheap one for 19.99. It's my next investment.

Another nice one Tracy. See if you can get a shot a little more parallel to the mushroom to give it a little height instead of face on. Your doing good.
