If you drive around Las Vegas you will see alot of palm trees. Hereare some. pic.1 enjoy.

Mr Blue these are some nice shots of Phoenix dactylifera, and Washintonia robusta. Common names,Date palm, and Mexican Fan Palm. Thanks for posting

Great shot!

The interesting thing is that they are mostly transplanted palm trees. You can tell by the trim. Probably just refugees from Phoenix.

Nice big healthy palms. We have them here as well, but I will have to ask Siver what kind they are.
