Felics-

It looks like a photo taken in the auto mode. As a result, the shutter speed was too low to stop the action and you ended up with a blur rather than a sharply focused photo, which was essential to conveying the message of this photo. In situations such as this use your shutter priority mode so you can be sure to stop the action.

The idea and theme of the photo is great, and we get just a hint of that in the resulting photo. Please understand that I am not being critical or judgemental at all, Rather I am attempting to give some constructive solutions to get the photo you really wanted to get.

Nice Idea. Nice composition but like MT said need to go shutter priority or manual and get that shutter speed up a little! It'll cut the motion blur quite a bit!
