Hi. I'm looking to purchase a camera. I have some questions about the Kodak Easyshare V530. Is the video quality really good (since that's oneof the biggest priorities for me) and how is still image quality (especially macro)? I was also wondering if using the camera dock/frame is the ONLY way you can transfer pictures onto your computer or charge up the battery, because if you travel, does that mean you have to lug this dock around? Thanks for your help.

Rae-Rae-

I am no expert but I really do like the video quality from the V-530 a lot. I have attached a photo taken without flash at the National Aeronautics and Space Museum in Washington, DC.

The docking station disassembles rather nicely and I am a person who travels frequently. I have never had a problem packing it at all. If you don't want to deal with the docking station, you can purchase an inexpensive cahrger on ebay, and you can easily download your photos using an inexpensive ( about $10) chip reader.
