We headed out to the coast today, because whilethe daywas cold, it was filled with sunshine and cloud filled skies. Thanks for letting me share this photo with you. It was taken with the Kodak P-850 which I had been ignoring and decided to pull out and use again.

Yep, I am guilty of giving it a bad rap-

I have to admit that I have indeed talked down on the P-850. But, since I had a charged battery ready, I went and pulled it out of storage, figuring I would give it another try.

I have had some "looser" photos, but over all it has given me some good photos today, including this one.

Tracy

Yes, indeed! That is a absolutely REAL sky, complete with REAL clouds. When I saw the sky and clouds this afternoon, I knew I had to take that photo.

I think folks are finding that the 850 will give very good wide vista shots but some are having trouble with the closer in photos. Very nice sky and clouds behind that marina MT!

Thanks to all for your C & C ( comments and congrats). That was just one of those once in a lifetime shots. When I saw the clouds lying overhead the marina so perfectly,it just called out to me: "photo, photo, photo."

So it was more Mother nature than me.

And that's why you need a camera, any camera, handy all the time. Life throws up so many photo ops that would be missed with out one!
