I always keep my Iso setting under 100 and in this case, the long shutter speed helped alot!!

I used Photofiltre!!

Its a free program.. (http://photofiltre.free.fr/utils/pf-setup-en.exe)

Boily-

Congratulations! You get more out of Photo Filtre than any onther person that I know. I like the program, and demonstrate it during our software review, but honestly think that you just seem to get more out of it.
