That's the Idea Silver! I bought Tiffen brand screw=in filters with threads on both sides. Male threads towards the camera and female threads away from the camera. The polorizing filter has to move so they are made with a little play in them. This will allow the TCON to droop just a tad and wil add to the vignetting problem a tiny bit as the stack adds to the distance from the base lens and the CCD! Like I said though not enough to really matter. Just zoom out enough that the vignetting doesn't show! I've used this for a year now with very good results!

Thanks again MT. That one was shot at less than full zoom. I like to use the TCON-17 as a cropping tool on outside shots. In this one it was a roll of wire and weeds and vines I didn't want in the shot. Also helps a lazy man ( Think Dawg here ) not have to walk up to get the shot!! LOL
