Beautiful photos Brian! Love the photos of the moose. How close were you to it?

Niki we were about 50-60 feet away and just above her and her kid.at one point i was about 20 feet or a little better and the moose gave me the "look" ,,,so i decided i`d take her advise and back up,,lol..The sun was setting and shutter speeds were going down quickly...

Thanks Boily,,,i took a pile of shots with the dx6490 of that waterfall last year too,but couldn`t resist trying the new camera there too.But i must admit i fudged up when packing my nature trekker backpack that morning,,i forgot the 52-55 adapter needed for my ND filter...which really made me smile (the wife will vouch for my great happiness on that...)...So,in order to get the effect of a ND filter with it,i put on my circular polarizer and set the camera to 1 sec f8 for this shot..I took a pile more going up to 6 secs f22 with the same results,a little more white water motion blurr at 6 seconds but i thought posting all the shots at photobucket was a waste of time as most people wouldn`t see much difference anyway, you`d have to look hard to see any real difference...

Thanks for looking..
