Hello,

I have a Kodak Easyshare Z7590 camera and was wondering if there were a way you could transfer a picture you downloaded onto the computer back onto the memory card in the camera? Thanks.

well you can put the card in a card reader and then drag your pictures on to it.

You should be able to if the camera shows as a device on your computer. If you use a camera dock or printer dock, andthe camera does not show as a device, then it may show as a device if connected to the computer with a USB cable.

Hope that helps.

Probably the dock? I have a Canon S1IS but does not allow writes to the camera.

On my MAC the card shows up as another drive on the desktop. Double click to open. Folder titled DCIM appears. Double click. Another folder with camera name at end appears - eg. 100xxz730. Drag picture to this folder and eject from computer.* Insert card in camera. Navigate to review. Picture should appear. It worked for me . Joe

I think the earlier response was that Johnny1 didn't have a card reader. Single format USB card readers are very inexpensive. Less than $10 US. Make it a standard part of your camera equipement.
