Great shots Dawg! I am forever taking similar photos since we are pretty much surrounded by trees, lol. I love the rich colors in yours! :-)

Morag I framed it that way on purpose to let the power pole give some depth and perspective! I could have shot around it but I thought it's cross shape might add to it! I believe it did! Thanks for the comments. And a big thankyou to Boily and Nik! I apreciate the look and the comments from you two! Nik the colors are from Kodak and Mother Nature! I had little to do with it other than seeing it and framing the shots! Oh yeah I did adjust the exposure compensation to get that dark blue color and keep from blowing out the highlights! LOL I shot about thirty or so photos and only got two that I'd not want seen! I'll wait till later to post some more! Wouldn't want to bore anyone.

Nice pics dawg! I love pics of the sky and clouds, take many of them myself. Some people think clouds are boring, I say they are some of the most spectacular examples of natural wonder and beauty you can find! No 2 clouds are ever the same!

I'd like to know how you added your logo, did you just merge layers w/ photoshop or do you have a separate program to make it like a watermark? I just took a BUNCH of photos at a music festival 2 weeks ago (400+, filled up my card!) and because many are of musicians I'd like to protect my work when I post them at the festival's website. I really wish I had bought a tcon AND wcon before though, I would have given both plenty of use!

Mine is saved as a brush in photoshop elements! I'll have to go back in the posts to find it but I will post an explanation as to how to do it! As a brush you can set the opacity and the size! Works great. Tommorow I'll post the way to do it!
