I have a white spot in my pictures and I don't really know what it is...

A dead pixel, some dust...

It is always at the same place in the my pictures!!

What can I do if its a dead pixel??

Could be dust inside the lens mechanism Boily, or a dead pixel! Either one would warrant a call to Kodak support!

If you determine it's a dead pixel, not dust, you can run Calibrate Imager from the camera's maintenance menu.
