Thanks on both accounts boily! I had an absoulte blast! Great people, great music, great weather, and great photo-ops!

This was the 10th annual, so yes, it was very big! I never heard official numbers, but supposedly they were going to stop selling tickets at 18,000... but then again, last year there was allegedly more than 20,000!

A pic of the artwork one of my friends did on top of the tarp. It still doesn't do it justice, she's great with a few cans of spraypaint!

One of my nutty friends... I figured people would get a chuckle out of this.
Everyone's leaving on the last day, he's standing on the main road in scooby-doo pajamas, a panda bear cap, waving a grateful dead tapestry...

for like, a half hour

Well those are the first set of pics... the venue, the landscape, and a couple interesting features.

Tomorrow I'll post some pics of the bands! That makes up about 2/3 of the pics I took anyway :G

And now the pics of the performers! I'll post the best ones I have, bear in mind that taking pics from a crowd during a concert is freaking HARD!! Many times you're dealing with low light, and people bumping in to you etc.

Les Claypool and uh, one of his bands... Ya'll know les one way or another, he's the bassist from Primus, and many years ago he split off to do his own stuff:

Les Claypool and the Holy Mackerel
Sausage
Les Claypool's Flying Frog Brigade
Colonel Claypool and the Bucket of Bernie Brains
Oysterhead (A supergroup w/ Trey Anastasio from Phish and Stewart Copeland from The Police)
Lately he's been playing with a few members from Frog Brigade and a girl named Gabby LaLa who plays the sitar.

ANYWHO here's the pics:

Many of these I had to crop to get some heads out of the way. I came up to the stage later than I would have wanted, so I wasn't up as close as I really needed to be.
