How to take pics of moving cars and just get the car in focus and not anything else in the background...

I saw some of Boilys photos and was wondering how to do this... The photos are great...

Hope someone can help.

You have to use a slow shutter speed and fallow the subject at the same speed with the camera while taking the picture!!
