Well I wrote to kodak a few days ago, asking them to send me another prong for my battery charger because I lost it. They sent a friendly letter back, asking for the model and S/N, ok no prob. I send that, they tell me I should expect it in 5 to 9 days. Yay.

Today (only 2 days after getting that email), a package arrives. They sent me, for FREE, a whole new charging unit PLUS a KC-5000 battery!

I ask for a $.30 part, they send me a package that retails for $35!

And that, folks, is yet another reason I love kodak
