Anyone know of a website (besides ebay) where I can sell old camera equipment? I have alot of vintage stuff as well as more current items (filters, lenses, etc.) that I would like to sell. Thanks!

Your best bet is probably Ebay.

There are a number of vendors that buy and sell used gear, too. But, they've got to buy lower in order to make a profit when reselling it. So, you'd probably get more for it on Ebay.

My favorite vendors for used gear (but, I've only bought from them, not sold to them):

Jim nailed all four for you there Nik! Ebay if you've got the time and want to deal with them or the other three he named if you're willing to get a little bit les for them! Like Jim I've never sold to any of these but have bought lots from them!

K.E.H. in Georgia or Alabama (forgot which) buys used things. On line there is a site called Craigs.

In NY there is a chain that sell things for you on e-bay for a commission and they do all.

List some of it here, you never know who wants what!

They're in Atlanta. See the link in my previous post.

We don't allow for sale posts in the forums, since it's too hard to police.

We'd have scammers posting, companies pretending to be individuals, etc. It's hard enough keeping the spammers out now, and we don't want to turn the forums into a big flea market for buying and selling gear. ;-)
