I'm not entirely sure. I don't know a tenth of what my program can do. I'm almost certain it does that stuff though.

It's a very good program, basically it's the closest you can get to photoshop without paying $800. It is very user friendly for basic editing stuff. So far all the tutorial I have used is a 15 minute intro video.
