Nik..I'm making it 32'X30' with a 10' ceiling heigth. Then I'm going to tear down my wooden shed and put up a carport that will be 20' wide by 32' long with a 8' x 20' storage building at one end! Just call it Casa Dawg! LOL The garage workshop I'm insulating and putting in a 2 ton heat pump so I can work in comfort! LOL Call that one Casa Grande De Dawg. LOL

I bought a small house with a one-car garage and an attached20' by 40' "pole barn." The younger woman who was my buyer's agent for my house was talking about another client.

Near quote: "What's with you older guys and big garages?"

She was good but could stand to learn a bit about male ego. :-)

And male needs. When I was younger and raising three daughters that were born about a year apart...I couldn't afford all the power tools and equipment I've been able to accumolate since the daughters left home! I think my Dad said it right...."You won't know how much money you really have til the kids leave home and the dog dies">>>!!!!

Thanks Ay...I'll post more as I get more done..May be a two or three year long prodject!

Domang...You've seen the last dog I had before he died...Look at the left of this post and you'll see Thor, my rottweiller. Best buddy I ever had. I try to honor him and his memory by using him as my avatar. My wife suffered for years with an allergy to dogs but couldn't bear to see him gone. When he got run over we both mourned for days!
