Last one for today folks.
This is one of my favorites taken with the old Z7590 of my Grandaughter at half time
at a soccer game.
In deep thought.

Very nice! I'm jealous, the extra resolution over the P850 would be nice!

And as BigDawg said, lose that date stamp! Haha. If anything, add a date stamp to the pictures after you take them using Photoshop, that way you don't ruin good nature shots with it!

Nice shots...and I hafta agree on the date stamp, if you want to print and frame a pic you're gonna wish it wasn't there

It can be cloned out in photoshop but sometimes it's a Bear to get it right. I tend to expand the canvas below the photo and put whatever date or time or caption I need and then save as a copy so the original remains un touched!

Really good shot. Keep posting those P712 pics! As I am looking into one myself.

I'm also considering the P712. And I thinkI'm seeing a lot of detail in these pics for 640 x 427.

I especially like the heron.

Yes, all but two of these are with the new P712. I am starting to look at different features and play around a little with the various and many differnt setting.
So far I am very pleased with my decision to upgrade from the Z7590, whick was
also a great picture shooter.
My primary reason to upgrade was for extra focal length and faster focus and capture times.
