I do... what do you need to know?

I have bought a few things in the past but ..............

Do buyers have direct contact with sellers or does the e-mail go through e-bay.

I just ordered a 24" photo tent. When lining up my paypall account I was typing my credit card number but several times it would time out after 2nd number (I am not frail and slow). Today I went to the paypall site and did it from work. I was wondering if I should change my browser to firefox or mozzilla.

What do sell and how long have you been on ebay?

First Question: The first bit of exchange is always through ebay... When the seller gets the email, he or she can opt to respond through ebay's message system or respond via normal email. The message will be sent to the sellers email address from ebay and if he/she clicks respond, it will then respond to the buyers regular email. Did I explain thatunderstandably, because I kind of felt likeit was starting to getconfusing.

Second Question: I have always used Internet Explorer for eBay and Paypal and have never had a problem with either.

Third Question: I have sold many car parts, misc collectables, andsome random"junk". I have been an eBayer for 2 years and 7 months.

gotcha on all 3 questions!

Thanks.

I work for the Federal Govt. and can take a early retirment based on time and age.

My pension will not be the greatest but I have been contributing to a govt. 401K plan (like a I>R>A>;) and to several IRA'S and I have been buying tax free municipal bonds for several years. I may notbe able to live on Central Park West but I will be comfortable when I sell my deceased parents house and buy a coop.

I think a small scale e-bay set up could be interesting.

I want to pick up a interesting thing in a thrift shop or garage sale and test the water.

I understand that you can only sell one item at a time till you reach a specified number of satisfied buyer reports.

I have some books on metal detecting and some possible collectibles that I will try.

You have seen presidential white house pens. I have a new one in the box from Nelson Rockefella when hewas vp.

A Belmont Race Track Secretariate button.

Thanks!

Uhm... I don't know about this one. Unless it's a new rule, I have never heard of this.

looking at your firefox query- i use firefox and most of my friends do, its the fastest browser out there or you could try opera that might be just as fast but firefox is a good path to go down

Called PayPal to resolve problem but their solution did not work.

It turned out that I also have a second cookie blocker at the end of my earthlink tool bar that had to be turned down.

As I mentioned I bought a 24" tent with 4 backgrounds for about $25.00 including priority frt. from a guy in CA.

When I get a chance I will post some of my collectables on this forum.
