Over 2 weeks ago I contacted Minolta USA support about a lost lens and sync caps. They said they were refering me to another dept.. I have not heard from them since. All I want to do is purchase replacements. If any one knows where else I can get these please let me know. Minolta support doesn't do a good job.

Thanks a million. I hope I can return the favor someday. I put that web site on my favorites list. They said they would get it out tomorrow. I had rewritten KM Support yesterday and they still haven't answered yet. Kind of turns you aginst them.

You're welcome Tommy. I thinkthe reason for the delay in them 'passing the buck',is the fact that this wasn't a warranty issue and as they (likely) don't deal directwith the consumer for replacement parts, nobody there was in a rush or probably had no inclination to deal with it.
I have to say I have had a generally good response when I have needed to contact KM UK with various queries, though not for parts. Glad to be of help. Stevekin. |
