I've installed and reinstalled software, but I am unable to get the Dimage Viewer software to show the dimage 7 in the explorer tree.
Not running any antivirus Read and reread the instructins in the Viewer Manual. (they could be much more clear, my opinion) Restarted Computer Nothing I've done brings up the Dimage 7 in the folders tree. Win 200 Pro 526 MB Thank You Danny Ayo |

Have you enable the USB in the camera? ie you have to go to double arrow icon on the camera and actually hit the ENTER on the USB tab it should show 'Initializing USB'... otherwise no USB connection, attaching just the cable is not enough in the D7's. If all else fail try a cheap card reader! |

Yes I did enable the USB in the transfer section of the camera.
Thanks for the reply, NHL. I'd really like to see the images of the Dimage for the first time. I looked at Minolta's site for help and found none. Danny |

I called Minolta and got it fixed. There manual did not illustrate the example, the same way my computer showed it.
