D7i pixelization

JUST RETURNED FROM VACATION TRIP USING MY NEW d7I. i SHOT ABOUT 100 PICS ON FINE MODE AT HIGHEST RES. i WAS VERY POLEASED WITH MOST OF THE PICS HOWEVER SOME SHOWED NOTICIBLE PIXELIZATION ESPECIALLY ON THE EDGES OF SUBJECT AGAINST A CONTRASTIING COLOR. ANY OE HAVE AN IDEA OF WHY IM GETTING THIS RESULT. tHANKS

How did you notice the pixelization?

Is it in the original pictures or after sizing?

Can you post an example?

Thanks for the reply. I viewed straight image in photo elements II. I can also detect the same effect on the cameras LCD and 2x mag. Im new to this PC forum. I dont't know how to post an image as yet I learning. Thanks
