Can anyone help me with choosing which camera to buy. My priority is speed of response. I have read that the G400 can capture an autofocused picture from start-up in 1.5 seconds. Is this the fastest picture-taker in the G-series?
Incidentally, if anyone knows of any other compact that can capture decentpictures very quickly from start up, I'd like to know. |

Yes, the G400 is able to capture 3 pics in max resolution, while you're only reading half of this phrase, and wait, it took another 3 just before the end.
Seriously, it's stupid fast. I don't know how the G530 will perform, but from the G400, 500, 600, the little one is the fastest. I don't know other cameres as fast as this one. Compare it to the G530 and get either one, you'll be very satisfied. |
