long bulb exposure

Maybe I'm just having trouble with the manual, etc., but can someone assist with long bulb exposure on the 7? I used to love night shots. I'm not sure how to set for, say, 4 seconds, or 6, or turn the indefinite bulb off.

Je never shoot and drink. It's dangerous. I could wind up posting odd pictures on the internet or something! :)
