Lost scroll bars in Photoshop Elements 2.
I 'lost the scroll bars' in Photoshop Elements 2.0 I have tried everything. (What did I overlook?)

Scroll bars - 'Duh!
Sorry folks Self discovery 101. Scroll bars only appear in Photoshop Elements 2 when image reaches a certain size. At least at home in Windows 98SE the image can be scrolled both left and right horizontally. At work in Windows 2000 I can only scroll to the right.
